Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients and maintain availability, we require a card on file for all appointments.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 25% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
Clients who repeatedly no-show may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
